Coronado Shores
Coronado Shores Floor Plans
Every residence in all ten towers, drawn to scale. Open a tower to see its whole floor, then open any unit to see its plan at full size — 98 residences across 94 distinct plans.
Each plan is drawn to scale from the original J.H. Snyder Company plan set as inspiration, redrawn from scratch rather than scanned. Layout as originally built; accuracy not guaranteed and many residences have since been remodeled — measure and verify independently.

Common questions
- Are there floor plans for every Coronado Shores tower?
- Yes. All ten towers are covered — La Playa Tower, La Sierra Tower, Cabrillo Tower, La Princesa Tower, Las Palmas Tower, Las Flores Tower, La Perla Tower, El Encanto Tower, El Mirador Tower, El Camino Tower — with every residence on the typical floor drawn to scale, 98 in total across 94 distinct plans.
- Do the ten Coronado Shores towers share the same floor plans?
- No. Each tower has its own plan set. Some pairs come close — Las Palmas and Las Flores share a building design, as do El Mirador and La Princesa — but even within a pair the plans carry per-tower variances, and unit numbering runs in opposite directions between the towers of a pair. No two towers are the same building.
- Does a residence's floor plan change with the floor it is on?
- No. Each stack repeats the same residence the full height of its tower, so a unit's plan and interior area are the same on a low floor as on a high one. What changes with height is the outlook, not the layout.
- Where do these Coronado Shores floor plans come from?
- Each one is drawn to scale from the original J.H. Snyder Company plan set as inspiration, redrawn from scratch rather than traced or scanned. They show the layout as originally built; accuracy is not guaranteed, many residences have since been remodeled, and anyone relying on a dimension should measure and verify it independently.
