Ara was hired into the Coronado Shores sales office in 1982 and mentored by Richard Maitland. From 2005 to 2017 he owned and ran the Coronado Shores Company, learning its ten towers, their associations and the history of individual residences.
Together they hold the record price in two of the ten, have set countless records over the years, and represent homes from the Coronado Village to the Cays and beyond.
